Furnaces generate heat by burning fuel but early furnaces burned wood. In the seventeenth century coal began to replace wood as a primary fuel. Coal was used until the early 1940s when gas became the primary fuel. In the 1970s electric furnaces started to replace gas furnaces because of
In the new unit a crucible of Morgan company is used which is designed to undertake 250 melts what is 60 times more than with crucible of other manufacturers. Technological process of gold casting is carried by highly qualified furnace operator. Refined gold is loaded into crucible of induction furnace.
Induction furnaces which are much smaller in size than traditional resistance or arc furnaces are becoming more popular in the gold-smelting industry due to their efficiency in batch melting.

The crucible and safety refractory shell are detachable. This enhances the ease of maintenance of the furnace. Meaning you can use this product for a long period of time without having to buy another one. SuperbMelt gold smelting furnace is the best option for industries like mining companies and foundries.
The early coal mining techniques left considerable amount of usable coal behind. Although some deep mining in Britain took place as early as the 1500s deep shaft mining began to develop extensively in the late 18th century with rapid expansion throughout the 19th century and early 20th century when the industry peaked.
The mining industry is one of the most energy-intensive manufacturing sectors. Furnaces are widely used across the world in different mining companies for the successful smelting of Gold and Silver metals. Induction furnaces are capable of saving energy in smelting processes when compared to other traditional furnaces.
